Step 1: Identify Your Inner Circle

You don’t want to blast this to your entire list. Instead, handpick your top customers and warmest prospects…those who have already spent money with you or are highly engaged.

You’re looking for a starter list of 25 - 50 high-value leads. This strategy is about quality, not quantity.

Step 2: Send the “Invisible Offer” Question

Send a simple, personal “survey” message such as:

"What’s one thing you’d love our help with that we don’t currently offer?"

or…

"What’s something you need that we haven’t shared or offered yet?”

This question uncovers unmet needs and validates future product ideas…without a hard sell.

(Important: DO NOT send this as a mass email. Instead, send it as a 1-on-1 message via email, SMS, or even a quick voice note. Personalization increases responses.)

Step 3: Offer What You Already Have

When they reply, if they mention something you already offer, just point them to the right place to buy.

"Great news! We actually have that! Here’s where you can check it out…"

Boom! Instant sale, no pitch required…they literally asked for it!

(And this will happen a lot more often than you might think, because even your best customers aren’t aware of everything that you have to offer.)

Step 4: Find Your Next Big Idea

If they ask for something you don’t yet offer, that’s a future product idea. Your audience is handing you market research on a silver platter. Congrats! You now have a data-backed offer idea and ripe audience to launch it to.

Action Step: Send this question to 25 - 50 high-value customers. You’ll make a few easy sales AND get insights for future offers. Not bad for a few minutes of work. 🙂
